Admissions Checklist
Choosing the right school for your child is a tremendous responsibility. You will find Indian Rocks Christian Schools capable of meeting the academic, social, physical and spiritual needs of your child. To ensure an efficient admissions process, please submit the following items before an interview can be scheduled:
Preschool Applicants:
- A completed Preschool Application and registration fee (non-refundable) $225 per student.
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- Florida Certificate of Immunization blue form #680* (available through a doctor's office)
- Florida Physical Exam form #3040* (available through a doctor's office)
Elementary and Secondary Applicants:
- A completed application & registration fee (non-refundable) $225 per student
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- A copy of your child's most recent report card
- A copy of your child's most recent achievement test scores (FCAT, SAT, etc.)
- Florida Certificate of Immunization form #680* (available through a doctor's office)
- Florida Physical Exam form #3040* (available through the doctor's office)
- A transcript (High School)
The above information is essential in securing an interview at Indian Rocks Christian School.
After all of the above materials have been submitted, you and your child will then be scheduled for an interview with the appropriate school principal. At that time you will be asked to sign a Statement of Cooperation and Medical Release forms. If necessary, your child will be scheduled for an academic assessment.
