High School Ministry Mester

Over the past ten years, the IRCS Ministry Mester program has sent 1,972 students to 42 different countries. Students study together to learn the country's language, culture and customs and how to best serve those that are in need. Students experience what it means to make a difference in the world.

Ministry Mester is a high school program that began in 2000 with six students serving in Eluethera and has grown to 160+ students serving in 13 different countries. Local trips also send students out to serve throughout the United States. IRCS Ministry Mester’s main objective is to expose students to a variety of ministry opportunities, giving them the prospect for discipleship and spiritual growth in their lives.

Please keep our teams in prayer during this period of preparation. Pray that God will work in the hearts of our young people and the cultures they will be ministering to. Pray for the group leaders. Pray that God will provide each team with their financial needs and safety as they travel.

Students and parents are required to read and sign the Ministry Mester Missions Guidelines Form.

Those students who don’t wish to take a ministry trip may choose a work-study internship or a college visit.

Our Students Are Already Changing the World

Jumping out of our comfort zone and into other countries has made us stronger, more confident people.
