September 2022 Newsletter

We’re one month into a new school year, and we are beyond excited to have each of your students here in the classrooms and in our hallways full of laughter. Thank you for your support in making IRCS the best school it can be. We have many exciting events coming up and can’t wait to make lasting memories with your families. It is our hope that you find the IRCS Monthly Newsletter helpful and informative. 

Here are some of the exciting events coming up during September 2022:

Picture Day

Picture Day is coming up on Monday, September 19th. All students (K2-12th grade) will take an individual photo for the school yearbook. These pictures will also be available for purchase from our school’s official portrait provider Gigante Productions. As a reminder, IRCS students should arrive dressed in full uniform with their IRCS polo shirt. Questions regarding school picture day should be directed to your grade-level principal. 

Friday Shirts

Parents, are you ready to show your school spirit while on a class field trip or hanging around campus? PreK/Elementary School Friday Shirts are now available for purchase. Each shirt is $12 and supplies are limited, so order now. Please contact Lisa Warfield or 727-596-4342 to place your order and coordinate payment. We accept cash, card, or check.  

Open Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year opens on Monday, September 26th at 9 am. This is for new students only. All currently enrolled students do not need to submit an application due to our school’s Continuous Enrollment Policy. As a school family, siblings of currently enrolled students have priority of acceptance as outlined in the IRCS Student Handbook. Please reach out to the Admissions Office at 727-593-8740 with any questions regarding the admissions process.

Chapel Worship Playlists

Is your preschooler constantly singing the chorus to My Lighthouse? Does your MS/HS student love listening to I Thank God? We’ve got the playlists for you! Join us on Spotify for your morning and afternoon commute or family worship session. Here at IRCS, worship isn’t just for chapel. We hope that we’ve made it one step easier for you to bring praise and worship into your home. Stream your favorite Pre-K/Elementary songs here and MS/HS songs here.

Family To-Go Meals

Spend more time together as a family! Let the IR Eats staff do the cooking for your family. Order a fresh dinner, ready to heat and eat for your whole family with two new options each week. The best part? You can pick up your meal when you pick up your student from school. Meals are available Monday-Friday from 3-4p in the Café or 4-6p in the IR Eats Dining Hall. Order online here today!
