My name is Dee Bates, and I am the guidance counselor for our middle and high school students at Indian Rocks Christian School. I consider it a privilege to work with our students in lots of different ways to meet their academic, social, spiritual and emotional goals.
With the help of a great administrative staff and faculty, I am committed to helping students become successful in all facets of their lives. It is important to me that I get to know each of them and help them know how much I care about them. IRCS students grow through challenging academics coupled with biblically based ethics in a safe and caring environment. This setting is ideal as students mature and learn from preschool to high school and are well prepared academically and socially to take on college level academics. This process is assisted through faculty and our guidance department as we devote our time to building personal relationships with students at IRCS. This level of individualized support is crucial for each student’s future success and development
