  • Athletic Performance Camp:  Start lifting in the gym this summer! Join us June 24th-28th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. This camp will focus on Middle School Strength and Conditioning skills to boost athletic performance. Campers will participate in drills for strength, agility, explosiveness, and hand/eye coordination. It is designed for boys and girls entering 6th-8th grade during the 2024-2025 School Year.
